Kunsthal Charlotteborg reopens Friday on May 29

Kunsthal Charlotteborg reopens Friday on May 29 with DIS: 'What Do People Do All Day" and June 12 with “Community of Parting” by Jane Jin Kaysen.

We’ll reopen Friday on May 29 with DIS “What Do People Do All Day’ and the comprehensive solo-exhibition “Community of Parting” by Jane Jin Kaysen, who represented Korea at last year’s Venice Biennale on June 12.

As if frozen in time, everything at Kunsthal Charlottenborg is exactly as we left it in March. That was when we had to up sticks and leave right in the midst of setting up the CPH:DOX extensive group exhibition by the New York artist collective DIS.

Today – two months later – our team returns to complete construction and installation of this summer’s exhibitions so we can be completely ready to reopen next Friday. And if you can’t wait that long, you’ll be glad to hear that Apollo bar has already opened its outdoor service in the courtyard.

We will follow every guideline issued by the health authorities so that everyone can feel safe when we open. We are sooo looking forward to seeing you again!
