Flemming Quist Møller, Postapestry, 12 October 2013 – 12 November 2014

Through generations the Danish children’s book illustrator and musician Flemming Quist Møller (b. 1942) has inspired children and young people of all ages. He has created a timeless universe with stories and figures who uses humour and fiction to comment on social, political and human relations in our everyday life.

In the spring of 2013 Flemming Quist Møller was invited to create a 12 month poster- and performance project. Today the Postapestry is completed and presented in the foyer of Kunsthal Charlottenborg.

Flemming Quist Møller calls the project Postapestry because it consists of 12 posters which make a large picture measuring 2 x 4,20 m, almost like a tapestry of a gigantic fairytale.
Postapestry is funded and printed by Rosendahls
