Guided Tour in the curerent exhibitions

These Moments Will Disappear Too and Canopy Collapse

Join a guided tour of Kunsthal Charlottenborg’s two current exhibitions These Moments Will Disappear Too and Canopy Collapse, and gain a special insight into the practices of the artists behind them, Larissa Sansour and Aleksandra Domanović.

The tour lasts one hour, during which the guide will unfold the works and themes explored in the two exhibitions.

In These Moments Will Disappear Too, you’ll encounter beautiful and thought-provoking video works that revolve around loss, trauma, memory, and the right to home and land. In this exhibition, Larissa Sansour invites reflection on how art can create new ways of remembering, mourning, and imagining the future.

Canopy Collapse presents Aleksandra Domanović’s conceptually grounded and materially conscious practice. The exhibition features a wide range of works – from sculpture and video to photography and digital media – demonstrating how the artist connects the evolution of technology with personal experiences, historical narratives, and society’s collective memory. You’ll encounter everything from genetically modified bulls and news broadcasts from the post-Yugoslav states to references to the vibrant 1990s techno rave culture.

The guided tours take place at Kunsthal Charlottenborg on the following dates:

Saturday, 29 November at 1 PM
Sunday, 30 November at 2 PM
