Art with your baby
Visit before Kunsthal Charlottenborg’s usual opening hours and get the opportunity to experience our current exhibitions in a calm pace with space for babies and toddlers and focus on them also having a good experience.
The event takes place on the first Tuesday of each month at 10.00-13.00 unless the gallery is closed during the installation of exhibitions. The guided tour in Małgorzata Mirga-Tas exhibition takes place 7 April from 11.00-12.00. The guided tour will be in Danish.
Information for your visit:
We recommend that you bring your baby carrier. It is also possible to take a stroller around, unless the current exhibitions physically prevents this.
In the upper foyer, it is possible to park strollers, and there is seating and a soft floor with furniture and toys for infants.
In the lower foyer, there are changing facilities as well as the possibility to breastfeed in a more private setting for those who prefer that or heat up baby food. The Kunsthal provides an electric kettle and a microwave.
In Apollo Bar you can buy snacks as well as coffee and cake and here there is also plenty of space for strollers in our courtyard.
Practical information
The ticket is valid as admission to our exhibitions including a guided tour. Children up to and including 15 years of age enter for free. It is free to participate for season pass holders.
