How does a poem change when it is translated into a new language?
On the occasion of CHART Book & Print Fair and the publication of My Grave, Green by the South Korean avant-garde poet Choi Seung-ja, Kunsthal Charlottenborg invites you to a reading and conversation with the collection’s translators: visual artist and professor at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts Jeuno J Kim, and poet and author Kristina Stoltz.
Taking Choi Seung-ja’s groundbreaking feminist poetry as their starting point, they will explore how translation can open up new artistic possibilities and create connections between language, poetry and visual art.
